With new homes being built in Yorkshire, the Northwest, the Midlands and both the North and South Home Counties (including Greater London) Fairclough Homes stated goal is "satisfied customers who recommend us without reservation!"

In 2005 Fairclough Homes was bought by Miller Homes which made the group one of the top ten UK housebuilders and almost doubled the number of homes built each year by the group.

The acquisition, allowed the creation of a ninth region which will be based in the Home Counties.
